This document provides guidance on basic features and etiquette for Zoom meetings.
A. Mute Button:
Remain on mute unless you are speaking. Don’t put the call on hold.
Turn on or off as appropriate for your meeting.
C. Locate Zoom’s chat feature:
Chat with the entire group, or chat privately with an individual.
D. Locate Zoom’s response buttons:
They are located at the bottom of the participant list. Use as directed by the meeting leader.
E. Locate Share Screen:
Select a screen or single item to share.
