Okta | Set up Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required when accessing many TeamHealth applications.  While MFA requirements may vary by application, most require MFA once every 24 hours.

To complete the Registration process, you must have your primary mobile device available to install the authentication app, Okta Verify, which can be downloaded on Apple, Android, and Windows devices, including smartphones, tablets, Apple Watch, and Android Wear.

Registration for MFA is a one-time event, unless you decide to register a new mobile device, at which time the Okta Verify app on any previously registered device will be inactivated.  For security reasons, you may only register one device at a time.
