Go to https://teamhealth.okta.com

  • What is my Okta username?

Use your email address that shows in the outlook address book.  (e.g.  john_smith@teamhealth.com or jsmith@ipcm.com)
If you do not exist in the TeamHealth outlook address book, your username will be your TeamHealth network id (e.g. smijoh)

  • What is my Okta password?

Use your TeamHealth network password.  If you don’t know your password, you can reset it here.

  • What is the site name for the Okta Mobile App?

Type “teamhealth” without quotes

  • What if I’m missing an application on my dashboard?

For a Box.com account, use this link to request one.
For all other apps, contact the Service Desk to be added to the correct AD group.

  • What if I get an error that I’m “not assigned this app in Okta”?
