Step 1: Open Calendar in Outlook.

Step 2: Choose “Open Calendar“, then “Open Shared Calendar…”

Step 3: Enter the name of the user whose calendar you’d like to view.

Step 4: Choose the user’s name, then click “OK“. The user’s calendar will be added to your Calendar view.
