You must have the pop-up blocker turned off for Ingenious Med.

Step 1: Open Google Chrome.

Step 2: Click the Ellipsis on the right side of the browser toolbar.

Step 3: Select Settings.

Step 4: Select Privacy and Security.

Step 5: Select Site Settings.

Step 6: Click Pop-ups and redirects.

Step 7: Find “Allowed to send pop-ups” and click Add.

Step 8: Add imbills.ingeniousmed.com as an allowed site and click Add.

Alternatively, you can allow pop-ups for all websites by clicking the bubble as shown below

Changing the switch for “Blocked (recommended)” to on, will activate the “Allowed” option.
