Turn Off Call Forwarding
Step 1: Open “Mitel Connect“. If your TeamHealth phone number has been forwarded to another device, a “handset icon” (see below) will appear next to your name.

Step 2: Click Your Name and choose Desk phone under “Primary Assignment”.

Step 3: The “phone handset” icon will change to a “desk phone” icon.

Reconnect Your Phone
To reconnect your phone, plug the network cable from the wall/cubicle jack to the Network jack on the phone.

To connect power over ethernet:
Step 1: Connect one end of the Ethernet Cable to the Ethernet Port on the ShoreTel IP Phone.
Step 2: Connect the other end of the Ethernet Cable to a Network Wall Port that supports Power Over Ethernet. After a few seconds, the ShoreTel IP Phone powers on and runs through a series of system tests.
