If GEHRIMED for iPad fails to launch, glitches or opens/closes randomly, or if you are experiencing Dragon speech recognition issues, follow these steps to resolve.
Step 1
From the Home screen of the iPad, find the GEHRIMED icon.
Step 2
Hold your finger down on the GEHRIMED icon until the below options appear. Select Remove App.
Step 3
Select Delete App, then Delete to confirm.
Step 4
Return to the Home screen of the iPad and find the Apps@Work icon. Tap to open – you will be automatically redirected to your browser.
Step 5
If you receive the below message, click Continue.
Step 6
At the bottom of the Apps@Work browser page, click Search.
Step 7
Start typing “GEHRIMED for iPad” – once it populates, tap to select.
Step 8
Tap Reinstall.
Step 9
Click OK
Step 10
Once the installation shows as Processing, you can close out of the Apps@Work browser window and return to your iPad home screen.
Step 11
When the install is complete and the GEHRIMED icon reappears on the home page, open Zenith and launch GEHRIMED from the Zenith MyApps page.
